日月新威海厂为日月光集团于2008年收购的韩资企业Aimhigh位于中国山东威海市的制造工厂，专业从事功率半导体器件的封装测试业务。主要产品有TO Power全系列，SOT/SC系列，DFN系列等50多个封装形态，涵盖MOSFET、IGBT、SiC、GaN等产品，年生产能力57亿块。产品广泛应用于电动车、工业控制、汽车电子、新能源(光伏等)、家用电器、消费电子等领域，特别是在国际品牌电动车控制器领域拥有较高的市场占有率。

    拥有由硕士，学士组成的高效稳定的研发、工程技术和管理团队，具备英语、日语、韩语人才服务国际客户，与功率半导体器件全球前10强长期密切合作，具有自主知识产权核心技术体系，研发水平处于国内领先位置。

    目前已通过了ISO14001、OHSAS18001、 IATF16949及ISO45001等体系认证。

    ATX Weihai is a manufacture plant of Aimhigh, a Korean company acquired by ASE Group in 2008, located in Wei Hai City, Shandong, China, professionally engaged in assembly and test of power semiconductor devices. Main products include TO Power series, SOT/SC series, DFN products and others, total more than 50 packages, covers MOSFET, IGBT, SiC, GaN etc, yearly capacity more than 5.7 billion pcs. The products are widely used in electric vehicle, industrial control, automotive electronics, new energy (photovoltaic, etc.), household appliances, and consumer electronics etc., especially a high market share in the field of international brand electric vehicle controllers.
